Find out what is holding back your AI rollout.
Behaviture AI Adoption Pulse combines employee feedback with role-aware analysis to identify where training, approved tools, and policy guidance are helping—or getting in the way. Employees receive private feedback. Leaders receive aggregate findings to inform what to change.

Finance shows a 34-point estimated role opportunity gap. Demand for spreadsheet and document analysis is high, but approved capability coverage and policy clarity trail employee need.
Clarify approved data use, expand spreadsheet-analysis coverage, and publish two finance-specific workflow examples.
In the next pulse, Finance reports clearer safe-use rules and stronger approved-tool fit.
The sample report uses illustrative, synthetic data; it is not a customer result.
Decisions the findings can inform
Identify adoption barriers
Explore where confidence, training, workflows, or unclear guidance may be limiting useful AI work.
Understand approved-tool fit
Compare employee needs with the capabilities and access available in the approved stack.
Prioritize 1–3 changes to test
Use the findings to choose practical changes, name an owner, and define what progress would look like.
Findings are decision support. Review the methodology and limitations before interpreting them.
Who this fits
IT, digital workplace and AI program leads; HR and L&D leaders; change-management leads; and business units with an active AI rollout. A pilot needs a sponsor who can invite an appropriate group and own a follow-up action.
What you receive
- An assessment campaign within the selected plan’s response limits and enabled modules.
- Private employee feedback and coaching reports, with detail determined by the plan.
- Privacy-qualified aggregate findings; dashboard and PDF scope depends on the selected plan.
- Department and role comparisons only where the plan includes them and privacy thresholds are met.
Guided onboarding, a findings meeting, workshops, additional campaigns, and follow-up support must be separately agreed. They are not automatically included in a company pilot inquiry or every subscription.
What it takes
- Choose a sponsor and the adoption question you want the assessment to inform.
- Agree the plan, group sizes, reporting scope, and any additional support.
- Prepare employee communications and the approved-tool context for the campaign.
- Agree the survey period before launch and decide how the organization will review findings and own next steps.
Privacy is part of the assessment
Company admins cannot access individual survey answers, scores, or private coaching reports. Aggregate reporting suppresses small groups and unsafe filter combinations. The default minimum group is 8; the campaign’s configured privacy requirements still apply.
Choose the scope before the plan
Compare the current published plans, response caps, report types, and optional modules on our pricing page. Paid plans are priced per six months; any guided services and fees are agreed separately. A company pilot is not advertised as a free full-service package.
